Buyers verify a supplier before they place an order — and in chemicals the documents matter more than the brochure. This page lists the licences our storage-and-filling operation in Quzhou, Zhejiang runs under: what each one covers, which authority issued it and how long it runs. Numbers are masked here; full copies go to qualified buyers on request, and each licence can be verified with the issuing authority.

How to verify them
- Against the operator's name: every licence is held by QUZHOU HUAFU NEW REFRIGERATION MATERIAL CO., LTD. (衢州华氟制冷新材料有限公司) — the same legal name as the contracts and invoices.
- With the issuing authority: the cylinder filling licence is issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation; the hazardous chemicals business licence and the precursor chemicals filing by the Quzhou Emergency Management Bureau. Licences of this type are listed on the authorities' public registers and can be checked by number.
- From us directly: masked copies go out with quotations; full copies (numbers unmasked) are provided to qualified buyers so their compliance team can run its own check.

A certificate that is not shown here is either not held by this entity or has been retired — do not read the list as a full history of the company's filings. Licences versus capability
What we physically do on site — storage, filling, repackaging and container loading — is described on the storage & filling capability page. Refrigerants are purchased from qualified, licensed producers; we store, fill and repack them and ship under our own documentation (COA, MSDS, GHS labels, UN numbers).
